Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (₹49–₹99): Delivered in 3–7 business days

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹599

  • We currently ship only within India.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to high demand, local delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

📍Shipping Locations

  • We ship to all pincodes within India served by major courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, and India Post.

  • We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/text with the tracking number and link.

  • You can also track your order from the "Track My Order" section on our website.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time frame:

  • Please check your tracking info.

  • Contact us at dr.dermixhealthcare@gmail.com if there’s no update within 7 business days.

Damaged or Leaked Items

We take utmost care in packaging. However, if you receive a damaged item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share your order number and photos of the damaged item(s)

  • We'll review and issue a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
